Presiding Judge: I declare the eighty-ninth Session of the trial open.

The Court has received a request from Counsel for the Defence stating that for reasons of health the Accused is unable to face examination in this morning's session. Having heard the representatives of both sides in chambers, concerning this request, we accede to the request of the Defence. Therefore, this morning's Session will end now, and the examination of the Accused will resume this afternoon at 15:30 hours.
