In the village of Kamionki, Tarnopol, Reg., 19 km. West of the town of

of the people were naked. The majority were shot in the rear ofthe
head. The bodies lie scattered.

According to eyewitness accounts made by local citizens: Zadorozny,
Shpiegel, Nagomy, Palya, Pawlovich, Ine , 1. A. W., the victims were shot
during the years 1941-44, by "SS" commandos (detachments), under the
leadership of Commander Wagner, and German soldiers.

The commission considers all those involved fully responsible for the
crimes committed against peaceful Soviet citizens.

P.S.

According to survivors' testimonies, the KAMIONKI slave-labor camp was
liquidated during the month of June or July 1943. The wooden barracks
were locked up, with the inmates inside, and set afire. Those trying
to escape were gunned down outside. Very few escaped.

Soviet war prisoners were housed also in the labor camps In the same area.
They were exterminated before the Jewish slaves were brought in.
