I sat right in front of him and had the recorder in plain view. In fact, I had a very pleasant conversation with my seat mate about my little recorder. *At not time did Mr. Irving ask for the tape, even after I introduced myself as a friend of Mr. McCarthy of Nizkor. *To date, I have not transcribed the contents of the tape. If I do, I will limit any use to the legally prescribed "fair use" restrictions. Please feel free to pass this information on to Mr. Irving.
