Yes, the crucial truth is that Spielberg withheld the fact that the SS Judiciary
regarded Goeth as evil and had him arrested and imprisoned. Spielberg should
have been aware of the arrest if he troubled to read the book upon which his
film is putatively based. He could not include this fact in the movie version of
>>Schindlers List<<  because it would have subverted his stereotype of the
German army as a legion of devils. Keneally knew Goeth had been arrested by the
SS and said so in the book. There is nothing misleading or incorrect in my
attribution. As for your immediate seizure upon any contrivance necessary to
absolve your exterminationist cohort of any malfeasance in this regard, you
claim that Spielberg wanted to have mercy on the Germans by sparing them the

Spare me your sophistry. Keneally filtered the truth about Goeth and Spielberg
filtered Keneally. Goeth was arrested for murder, corruption and theft by the SS
investigative team headed by the great German Judge Konrad Morgen. I gave other
references for these facts than the hack writer Keneally. I cited Keneally
solely as evidence that Spielberg deliberately omitted exculpatory information
concerning the German military, which had appeared in the book that is supposed
to give his hate propaganda flick, authenticity. But then, as you admit,
Keneally based his book,  >>largely on interviews with the Schindler Jews,<<  in
other words, almost exclusively on the case for the prosecution. This farrago is
then served to school children as  >>iron-clad proof that the Germans were
everything Hollywood has been saying they were for the past 200 movies<<

for favors from the Nazis he helped Eichmann deport thousands of Jews to
Auschwitz. Pro-Zionist Spielberg*s cartoon  >>history<<  of World War Two would
have been damaged if he had portrayed the authentic relationship between
Schindler and Kastner, which is not limited simply to what Keneally says about
this subject. Your arguments about the movie are based largely on the gospel
according to Keneally. I have only cited Keneally so that you and Spielberg
could not weasel out of certain historical facts so patent that even Keneally
had to mention them.
 
The point about Goeth being arrested and jailed by the SS for the murder of
prisoners (as well as for corruption) is that is destroys the whole basis for
Spielberg*s propaganda film--e.g., that Goeth*s behavior was supposedly
sanctioned by the German military when in fact, the opposite was true. I do not
expect this to be of interest to you because like Spielberg you are merely a
propagandist performing damage control on behalf of a dogma. But to scholars and
the public the fact that the German military regarded officers like Goeth as a
disgrace and deserving of imprisonment will be a major revelation coming as it
does in counter-point to a cartoon posing as a cinema verite documentary ( >
>Schindler*s List<<) which both denotes and connotes that the German military
ordered, sanctioned and approved the behavior of Amon Goeth.
 
As for the feigned naivete you exhibit toward Spielberg*s motivations for
omitting these exculpatory facts, only a tendentious partisan could peddle such
faith in the objective good will of St. Steven Spielberg and pretend not to know
why Spielberg didnt mention the fact that it was the SS Judiciary itself that
ended Goeth*s reign. If you wish to posit Mr. Spielberg*s inherently benign and
innocent nature, be my guest but forgive the rest of us for being so cynical as
to believe that Spielberg had to suppress the facts in order to maintain cachet
for his portrayal of all German soldiers as devils.
 
When this writer documents that the Talmud quote in  >>Schindler*s List<<  is a
phony you then claim that its only a minor falsification. The movie is not
>>about<<  the Talmud. It is not  >>entitled The The Talmud.<< No kidding. What
magnitude of importance this additional evidence of Spielberg*s fraud
represents, is not what is being debated. When we inventory the entire list of
prevarication and imposture we have the case against the movie.
 
The inscription on the ring that is given to Schindler is attributed, in the
movie, to the Talmud and that attribution is false. This spurious quotation has
become the motto of the film, appearing in newspaper ads and library posters for
the flick as a kind of textual shorthand for the movies theme as a whole, and
being a counterfeit, it is a fitting accompaniment.
 
To answer youre question, Im not a Jew. But then again, neither are you.

I will not go back and forth with you on your absurd claim that had Spielberg
shown Goeth being arrested by the SS it would not have changed anyones opinion
about the Nazis. You are only projecting your own robotic rigidity and ascribing
universal assent to it. Scholars, researchers and historians worthy of the name
exhibit curiosity, surprise and similar human attributes when encountering
anomalous information. You, Keren, Shein, McCarthy and McVay exhibit the same
uniformly wooden apparatchik damage control to any revisionist revelation.
McGuire, though he has been traumatized by a good deal of the Holocaust mind
control agenda, manages to retain some semblance of his powers of reason in the
face of original data.

Revisionism itself requires revision and my views do not absolutely uphold what
you are pleased to imagine is the stock World War Two revisionist line. Within
revisionism there are all kinds of disputes. For example, Friedrich P. Berg has
disputed some major contentions of Dr. Robert Faurisson. And so forth.
 The sophistry you need to construct around Spielbergs falsification of the
Talmud passage is most revealing of the deceitful methods you employ in order to
barrage the truth with a host of outlandish accusations (precisely what you
accuse revisionists of), in order to obscure that truth. Your challenge to this
writer is based on Canon Herbert Danbys translation of a portion of the Talmud.
But what you have forgotten to tell your Internet auditors is that Danby upholds
the authoritative text as I have quoted it: If any man saves alive a single
soul from Israel, scripture imputes it to him as though he had saved a whole
world (The Mishnah, p. 388). Danby simply acknowledges in a five word footnote
that other texts omit the word Israel, hence you cannot claim Danby for your
attempt to salvage Spielbergs fraud. You must rather consult those other
texts. Please do so and make your claim based on them and not Danby who is only
acknowledging the existence, not the veracity, of, to put it charitably, minor
heteordox versions.
The restrictive interpretation found in both Danby and Soncino, stands both on
its own exegetical integrity as the correct rendering of the Mishnah passage at
issue, as well as upon the fact that it is perfectly consonant with the
hermeneutic context of the Talmud as a whole, which explicitly legislates that
Gentiles are not human beings.

New York Times sets Bo Gritz Group Up for Attack by Feds

Government as Enemy in 'Almost Heaven' By Timothy Egan
KAMIAH Idaho  Ever since Lewis and Clark sloshed their way through this valley
190 years ago some people have viewed the Pacific Northwest as a refuge for the
kind of behavior that might get a person run out of town in other parts of the
country.
Communities based on free love or a pending apocalypse or on conversing with
ancient spirits have long sprouted among the hidden reaches of the American far
corner.
But now comes retired Lieut. Col. James (Bo) Gritz a Vietnam-era Green Beret and
onetime Populist Party candidate for President with what is likely  to be the
first community ever built around fear and hatred of the Federal Government.
Mr. Gritz (rhymes with SIGHTS) and his associates say they have already sold
most of the lots in a planned development on a high plateau here in the middle
of Idaho, arguably the most remote state in mainland America. They call it
>>Almost Heaven<< but to many people who live in the Clearwater Valley the new
development is less than celestial.
Mr. Gritz, who discovered Idaho during the Presidential campaign, says he is a
patriot who has become disgusted with the cesspool of public schools, the grip
of international bankers on the currency of the nation and an encroaching
ravenous predator Government which wants to disarm the citizenry and force
everyone to carry a health care card.
At times he can sound like Rush Limbaugh in a particularly sour mood, as when
Mr. Gritz singles out Hillary Rodham Clinton as the font of all Big Government
plans to control peoples lives. But Mr. Gritz goes well beyond passionate
conservative thought when he urges people to arm themselves for conflict,
castigating >>homos and feminists<< and repeatedly states that eight Jewish
families control the Federal Reserve.
>>We are not a bunch of skinheads and not a bunch of neo Nazis<< he said in a
telephone interview. >>We are trying to live by the laws of the land according
to the Constitution.<<
Ever since his Presidential campaign when he received 10,000 votes in Idaho, Mr.
Gritz has been training hundreds of people for a fee on how to live off the land
and defend themselves. In an advertisement for his paramilitary programs he
says, >>You will learn what weapon and ammunition type is best in times of grave
peril; how to carry, draw, hold and efficiently engage multiple targets.<<
It is that kind of language that has many people here worried that their hamlet
now being discovered by retirees and California exiles will become the next
Waco. And in fact the lethal standoff last year in Texas between Federal agents
and followers of David Koresh as well as an Idaho mountaintop siege by a white
separatist, Randy Weaver, two years ago are the main rallying cries for Mr.
Gritz and his followers.
>>The tyrants who ordered the assault on the Weavers and Waco should be tried
and executed as traitors<< Mr. Gritz wrote in a recent issue of his newsletter.
>>There are early signs that followers of Mr. Gritz will bring some extremist
attitudes to the valley<<  said Mitch Landmark, an Insurance agent and school
board member in Kamiah, population 1300, the nearest town to Almost Heaven.
>>I went out there the other day to underwrite some insurance and this person
tried to convince me that Abraham Lincoln hated Jews,<< he said.
>>This area is based on the idea that you do not put up fences, you do not lock
your doors and people are tolerant,<< Mr. Landmark said. >>We would like to not
be afraid that if you go down the wrong road some guy is going to stick a gun in
your face.<< A Kamiah real estate agent, Cliff Engledow, said a woman new to
town, sat here the other day and said >> I can show you in the Bible where it
says we have got to get rid of all the blacks<< . While such attitudes are not
unknown in Idaho, which is the long time headquarters of a small neo Nazi church
called the Aryan Nations, the state has worked hard to overcome a racist image.
It Is on the verge of electing the nations first American Indian governor,
Larry Echohawk, and it was the first state to elect a Jew as governor, Moses
Alexander in 1914. >>We don t want to get this label,<<  Mr. Engledow said.
>>But it is already happening. A guy just canceled a $250,000 deal to buy here
after he heard about this.<<
Mr. Gritz says he has been falsely labeled a bigot. Though In 1988 he was
briefly on the same Presidential ticket as David Duke, the former Ku Klux Klan
leader, Mr. Gritz said he withdrew when he found out Mr. Dukes  true nature.
But Mr. Gritz was seen giving what seemed to be a Nazi salute to a group of
skinheads camped outside the place in northern Idaho where Federal agents
surrounded the cabin of Mr. Weaver two years ago. Mr. Gritz said It was a
special salute in tribute to the skinheads support of Mr. Weaver and not a
Hitler motion.
He said his community of followers, which probably has about 70 families, would
obey all laws unless they go against the laws of God and common sense. He said a
council would be set up to govern the community, a place in which all residents
must sign a pledge to defend one another and abide by strict principles of the
Constitution. He said,  >>I wont be a Jim Jones forcing people to drink
Kool-Ald, << a reference to the mass suicide of cult members In Guyana ordered
by Mr. Jones. We do not want any trouble, and hopefully, we will not get any.<<
Almost Heaven and a neighboring community run by Mr. Gritz s associates,
Shenandoah, will cover about 600 acres on a plateau where hay bales are stacked
like fresh cinnamon rolls on edge. A tight-knit Quaker community is nearby.
>>It is an absolute paradise, land that time forgot,<<  Mr. Engledow said. Idaho
County, where bulldozers are clearing land for Almost Heaven, is one of the
biggest counties in the nation, 5.4 million acres, with one of the sparsest
populations, less than 15,000 people. Although Sheriff Gene Melanin said a lot
of people in the county don t care much for law enforcement, crimes are few. The
county averages about one murder a year. But statements by Mr. Gritz and his
followers make some people here worried that the county will now become
polarized and full of suspicion. >>There is always been a certain hillbilly
perception that the way to go here is don t pay your taxes, cut down a tree to
heat and post a deer to eat,<<  said Carolyn Frel, a former schoolteacher who
has started a human rights group to monitor Almost Heaven. >>We relish that. But
Bo Gritz is not just some simple hillbilly character. He has an ulterior
motive.<< A longtime associate of Mr. Gritz, Gerald (Jack) McLamb, a former
Arizona police officer, said Mrs. Frel >>was part of a homosexual group that has
it in for us.<<
The Nez Perce Indians have lived in this valley for thousands of years, and
their reservation overlaps private land being used for Almost Heaven. Mary Tall
Bull, a Nez Perce, met with Mr. Gritz recently and voiced a number of concerns.
>>He assured us that he has come here in peace and friendship and he shook my
hand,<<  she said. It was, to some Indians, a throwback to the days when whites
would come into Indian territory, shake hands with the locals, and then steal
most of the land. Ms. Tall Bull said the Indians of this valley will not be
easily swayed. >>Our main concern are the white supremacists who follow him, <<
Ms. Tall Bull said. >>I asked him if he would be responsible for these people
and their actions. He said he would. We will see.<<

Analysis by Michael A. Hoffman II:
  This astonishingly bigoted article should no longer astonish us, issuing as it
does from that house organ of socialism and Federal Leviathan chearleading:  the
N.Y. Times. The impression this article connotes is that when White people
distrust the government and the system and seek to found their own community
they are >>cultists<<.   Seeking what the people who founded this Republic
sought is today rendered pathological by the Uniform Commercial Code oligarchy
that runs the Federal government and the media. The same little carnival trick
is used to describe candidates in elections: the advocates of homosexual rights,
baby-killers rights, making cigarettes a controlled substance and voting more
billions for moronic indoctrination factories colloquially known as public
schools, are labeled >>moderates<< by the media. Candidates who advocate exactly
the values the Republic was founded upon: limited government and traditional
family morality, are labeled >>extremists.<<
  After Waco, we all know what terming Gritz community >>Almost Heaven<<  as a
>>cult<< signifies. It signifies that  the Gritz community is deserving of the
tender mercies of the ATF and the FBI hostage elimination team.  Take it from
King Billy:
>>I hope very much that others who will be tempted to join cults and to become
involved with people like David Koresh will be deterred by the horrible scenes
they have seen over the last seven weeks.<< --President Clinton on the burning
alive of the congregants of the Koresh church by FBI and ATF mercenaries.
  Therefore, when the N.Y. Times states of Bo Gritz community in Idaho, that
>>it will become the next Waco,<<  the N.Y. Times is laying down the
self-fulfilling prophecy of extermination decreed by Clinton, for all who
dissent, dropout and otherwise separate themselves from the death culture. This
is the shameful role of the major corporate media, to provide the government
with its targets and then to furnish the justification for why the separatists
had to be murdered. Undoubtedly the Egan-N.Y. Times article will be clipped by
spy agencies like the ADL and used as the basis for police intelligence dossiers
which paint any White American aspiration for Puritan-type separation, upon
which the country was built, as a heinous  felony-crime.
      The N.Y. Times describes the Federal attack on the Randy Weaver family at
Ruby Ridge, Idaho as  >>an Idaho mountaintop siege by a White separatist, Randy
Weaver.<<  It was Randy Weaver who had the army of Federals and their
heliciopter gunships under siege?
    The N.Y. Times is quite well aware, having reported it in previous articles,
of Weavers acquital on murder/siege charges. The N.Y. Times is also cognizant
of the case against government executioner Lon Horuchi. But for some odd reason
the N.Y. Times just cannot  get this Randy Weaver tragedy correct in any major
detail. By some method of  media alchemy, the Federal murder of the Weavers is
transformed by Timothy Egan back into the  pre-trial, official Federal
government view of the Weavers; a view contrary to the verdict of the jury, the
public and the local journalists on the scene. However, let us be charitable and
point out that the N.Y. Times only fudges major factual details of the Weaver
case, such as Weavers acquital and the murder of his wife and son.  The Times
is exceedingly efficient at recounting the minutiae of  the case,  such as that
Gritz, in the heat of the moment , while attempting to save the lives of the
remaining Weaver family members in tense negotiations, gave some sort of
open-hand greeting to defuse the emotions of  White youths  (>>skinheads<<)
enraged by the murder of  Samuel and Vicki Weaver. For this he is to bear the
mark of Cain.  What a farcial reversal of all the leftist outrage over the
trivial symbolism McCarthyists of the 1950s detected in their enemies. True to
form, the new McCarthyists of the Clintonista regime are just as infantile in
citing and proscribing symbolic  gestures as evidence of some grave character
disorder in Bo Gritz.
    Obviously the N.Y. Times thoroughly knows the Weaver case in most of  its
details but prefers to deliberately suppress those details which subvert the
official government propaganda line and to recall other details when it serves
to paint Gritz as a nifty caricature of the Hollywood neo-Nazi.
 Furthermore, it is difficult  to believe that none of Gritzs better-educated
associates were available for quotation by the New York Times, only the spouters
of  racial epithets. It would appear that Mr. Egan  sought  the most egregious
of the Gritz hangers-on and quoted the most extreme and possibly, least
representative rhetoric, again for the  purpose of manufacturing a negative
stereotype of the back to the land White separatists. This is called hate
propagaganda, folks.
     Note how much the notion of  >>image<<  is cited, over substance. The
people of Idaho are put  in fear of the media, in fear of, in Egans script,
>>a racist image.<< Therefore, the N.Y. Times hints, it would behoove them to
vote for  the Indian candidate for  governor, to dispel the image. An Indian
governor might be great for Idaho, if he was for freedom, but he shouldnt be
patronized or elected just because he is an Indian with the cachet to  absolve
the people of Idaho of a media-induced stigma. The people of Idaho are not
second-class citizens, they are not evil, they are not in need of rehabilitation
by a giant New York newspaper arbitrating how they should vote. It is an
insidious form of racism to perceive the sovereign, mostly White people of Idaho
as nefarious unless they >>prove<< otherwise by voting for an Indian for
governor. Idahoans should vote for the man or woman who in their perception best
serves their interests and some portion of those interests are legitimately tied
to family, kin and yes, their own race.
  Gritz does need to get his associates emphasis off race as the chief
articulated concern of the community. Our struggle is to get the Federal
Leviathan  off the backs  and out of the pockets of all the races in America; to
halt the disarming of the unorganized militias and  the seizure of our property
now occurring through confiscatory levels of taxation.
  Unfortunately, the >>dumb goyim<< are lousy at public relations. The Gritz
community in Idaho should begin with a very low profile, sinking deep, long-term
roots. It needs to reassure the people of Idaho that they are not Martians or
>>cultists.<<  One way to do this is through cooperation and mutual self-help:
barn raisings, community suppers with all Idahoans invited  and general
neighborliness.  Gritz needs to educate his own people and seek voluntary
discipline in the ranks. Separatists should be welcomed but  supremacist,
blowhard hatemongers should go back to the Geraldo Rivera talk-show set from
whence they came. [Trying to convince people that Lincoln, this nations first
dictator in the Caesar-FDR-LBJ mold, was opposed to Jews, is indicative of the
semi-literate mindset of some supposed liberty-seekers. If we are opposed to a

objective news reporting, is the quoation of the Nez Perce Indian woman to the
effect that the Gritz group may end up being like the other Whites of the past,
shaking hands and then stealing Indian land.
  What are all those liberal real estate agents who are worried about Gritz
ruining their quarter-million dollar deals doing with the so-called >>Indian
land<>fear<< and >>hate.<< Patently, the
media wants us to fear and hate some things: we must fear and hate the Haitian
military junta, the Somali warlords,  the Iraqis, the Palestinians, drug
dealers, tobacco growers, John Gotti, and no doubt, we are also to fear and hate
Bo Gritz.  But that is New York Times-approved fear and hate, so it is okay.
What they are railing against is fear and hate that is not certified with the
communist-fascist, New World Order stamp of approval.
   Bo Gritz as an alleged leader had darn well better read the signs of the
times. Yes, communities of separatists are very necessary and to found such
communities is  a priority. But Mr. Gritz, do it right.  Take a trip to Holmes
County, Ohio (largest Amish settlement in the world)  or Lancaster, Pennsylvania
(oldest Amish settlement extant); in other words, take a cue from the
non-conformist Anabaptists, our nations weirdest separatists (and as much a
part of our peoples heritage as the English Non-Conformist John Bunyan,
imprisoned 12 years for refusing to get a license to preach the Gospel). The
Amish are truly strange in the Biblical sense of a profoundly >>peculiar
people<< (Deut. 26:18)  whose peculiarity is a mark of election. They are far
more alien in their ways relative to the typical American, than any Bo Gritz is
in relation to the people of Idaho. Yet the Amish are among the most beloved of
separatists. Why?Because they are regarded as people of good will; good
neighbors whose decency has been proved to the locals. Do that first Bo,
undercut the hate propaganda, the stereotypes and the FBI psychological
profilers and you just might make it past Leviathan to the hearts of the people
who rightfully fear what you and what the Founders of this Republic feared;
because by definition, fear of the government emanates from a government which
is acting tyrannically.
 Do that, Bo,  and you just might get by without getting the Reagan/Bush
treatment (remember the 1987 Ft. Smith, Arkanas sedition trial?), or the

Whether or not you have studied Talmud much, and I doubt that you have, you
exhibit the Talmudic mentality. In John chapter 8, verses 37-47, Christ takes up
the issue of the Pharisaic >>tin ear.<<  You appear to be constitutionally
incapable of hearing the truth. When the truth is spoken to you, you hear
something else and then react to and pontificate upon your own fantasy.
For example, look at your tiresome repetition of the point that there is no need
for scholars, researchers and historians to react with curiosity and surprise at
Spielbergs censorship of the historic fact of Goeths arrest by the SS, because
the arrest was solely on grounds of financial crime. You have ignored the point
that Keneally is cited as a source only in order to keep Spielberg and his
epigones, such as yourself, from evading the fact that Goeth was prosecuted by
the German army. Only a grind and a hack would continue to suggest that Keneally
is the only authority for the history of the SS Judiciary and the record of
Commandant Goeth. Keneally is a scribbler of purple prose not the omniscient
compiler of the documentary record on this subject. Because you invest him with
the final word on Goeth does not mean Keneally is the final word. I have given
you references for the fact that Goeth was also arrested for brutalizing and
murdering prisoners. The IMT reference is Morgens statement. You must also
refer to his superior Mittelstaedts affidavit.
The surprise and curiosity which you fail to exhibit when your Hollywood auteurs
are revealed as carnival pitchmen, is not limited, as you purport to claim, to
the moviegoers who saw >>Schindlers List.<< I am speaking of the information
revealed in alt.revisionism about this fraudulent film. Your reaction is
exclusively one of damage control. In your view it is insignificant that Goeth
was prosecuted by the SS. However this claim would never be made with regard to
an Arab film about Israeli army war criminals. Any such Arab film which covered
up Israeli prosecution of Khazar war criminals would be labeled as propaganda;
but when such techniques are used in >>Schindlers List<< you make excuses
instead of facing up to the propaganda tactic and condemning it.
With regard to the analysis of Spielbergs falsification of the Talmud quote in
the film, you put forth the notion that the movie is not about the Talmud,

Mr. Freedman, what on earth does the Talmud have to do with the Bible (Torah,
i.e.Pentateuch)? You are laboring under the erroneous assumption that Talmud
illuminates the Bible when in fact it obscures and counterfeits it. As Christ
accurately declared, the Mishnah lays aside the commandments of God and
substitutes instead the traditions of men (Mark 7:8).
Evidence for this may be found in the Talmud itself (Erubin 21b):>>Be more
careful in the observance of the words of the Scribes than in the words of the
Torah.<<
It might take seven years to know Talmud if one wishes to inculcate the
mentality. Spending weeks focused on petty disquistions about courtyard
dimensions, menstrual cycles and toilet demons (Gittin 70a) will probably
succeed in rendering one in the same mental condition as the authors, but that
is not my goal.
 (This is not to say that I do not enjoy reading widely in Talmud to savor the
worldly cunning and debates of the sages who sometimes  articulate  droll
observations on the human condition which I find amusing. In fact, I like to
read a good deal of sacred Khazar literature by erlicher Yidn, including the

cited in my last post, you did not cite other aspects of what you perceive to be
the documentary record to counter them, but rather resorted to your bag of
lawyers tricks and salesmans cons to extricate yourself from the destruction
of your credibility.

and information do I owe you? How did I become indebted to you? Will you soon
demand reparations for my having defeated you in debate?
You have done nothing with the lessons on Kastner and Talmud I have provided you
except submit them to the >>supreme tribunal<< that exists within your mind,
your own authority. But based on your smokescreen polemics in this thread, you
have not got any authority, Mr. Stein, except in so far as a leech has the

Freedom of expression for one person is a violation of the First
Amendment for another.  The age-old censorship debate - what
material should be banned and what will be the cost of liberty -
has now spread to the information superhighway, the once
freewheeling, no-holds-barred place also known as cyberspace.
 Online services such as Prodigy, which have long enforced its
own standards, are now tightening the censorship reigns even
more.  For example, supervisors recently expanded the use of its
"George Carlin" software, which weeds out dozens of objectionable
words.
 Things are heating up even more on the Internet.  Recently, the
Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Los Angeles institute devoted to
exposing anti-Semitism, submitted a summary of a massive dossier
of cyberspace hatemongering to the FCC.  The three-year investigation,
sparked by tips from users, portrays the Internet as an unchecked
haven for bigots.  One file, called Homobash, describes shooting a
gay person in the face with a gun; a graphic titled Monkey pictures
African-Americans copulating with animals and suggests that such acts
account for the rise of AIDS.  Says Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate
dean of the Wiesenthal Center: "It may be time for the FCC to place a
cop on the information superhighway."
 But because networks are so new, no one knows who's to play Big
Brother.  The FCC, which regulates radio and TV, has no jurisdiction
over computers.  So the dossier summery has been turned over to the
Justice Department, which seemingly doesn't know exactly what to do
about online hatemongering either.  The problem is twofold: There's
no mechanism to regulate online services and no legal precedent has
yet been set for cyberspace, the way it has for publishing,
broadcasting, and speech.
The issue with the Internet is whether it should be treated as a
broadcast system (subject to government regulation) or as a phone
or mail system that simply passes along information.  "It's
complicated even more because Internet comprises private e-mail
and public databases and bulletin boards," adds Internet founder
Vinton G. Cerf. Then there's the issue of whether online providers and the
thousands
of entities connected to the Internet are defined as commercial or
private.  If they are seen as private carriers, many will have a hard
time defending the enforcement of their standards and will be held
legally responsible for the content of discussion groups and forums.
The issue is muddled further by the numerous types of services
available, including e-mail.
 Cerf, also the president of the Internet Society, says that his
organization has drafted guidelines of suggested behavior for its
users and providers, but critics argue that this will do little to
curb hatemongering and sexually explicit materials.  For the time
being, however, no mechanism exists to restrict the free flow of
information on the Internet, and at press time, the Justice Department
has yet to announce any other form of regulation.

 Things are heating up even more on the Internet.  Recently, the
Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Los Angeles institute devoted to
exposing anti-Semitism, submitted a summary of a massive dossier
of cyberspace hatemongering to the FCC.  The three-year investigation,
sparked by tips from users, portrays the Internet as an unchecked
haven for bigots.  One file, called Homobash, describes shooting a
gay person in the face with a gun; a graphic titled Monkey pictures
African-Americans copulating with animals and suggests that such acts
account for the rise of AIDS.  Says Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate
dean of the Wiesenthal Center: "It may be time for the FCC to place a
cop on the information superhighway."
 But because networks are so new, no one knows who's to play Big
Brother.  The FCC, which regulates radio and TV, has no jurisdiction
over computers.  So the dossier summery has been turned over to the
Justice Department, which seemingly doesn't know exactly what to do
about online hatemongering either.  The problem is twofold: There's
no mechanism to regulate online services and no legal precedent has
yet been set for cyberspace, the way it has for publishing,
broadcasting, and speech.
The issue with the Internet is whether it should be treated as a
broadcast system (subject to government regulation) or as a phone
or mail system that simply passes along information.  "It's
complicated even more because Internet comprises private e-mail
and public databases and bulletin boards," adds Internet founder
Vinton G. Cerf. Then there's the issue of whether online providers and the
thousands
of entities connected to the Internet are defined as commercial or
private.  If they are seen as private carriers, many will have a hard
time defending the enforcement of their standards and will be held
legally responsible for the content of discussion groups and forums.
The issue is muddled further by the numerous types of services
available, including e-mail.
 Cerf, also the president of the Internet Society, says that his
organization has drafted guidelines of suggested behavior for its
users and providers, but critics argue that this will do little to
curb hatemongering and sexually explicit materials.  For the time
being, however, no mechanism exists to restrict the free flow of
information on the Internet, and at press time, the Justice Department
has yet to announce any other form of regulation.

case Stein attempted to say that Keneally, being an entered apprentice of purple
prosody, had made this datum up, I referred Stein to the account of the Zionist
scholar Ainsztein. Stein has spent half the Goeth Arrest thread trying to get
Spielberg off the hook for leaving out of his Oscar-winning film, the fact that
the SS Judiciary arrested Amon Goeth as cited in the very book the film is based
upon, >>Schindlers Ark<< by Thomas Keneally. Failing that, Mr. Stein now
concocts a meretricious argument  to distract attention from his documented
predilection for defending the racist cinematic hate propaganda of Steven
Spielberg.
 
In previous postings, Mr. Stein was satisfied that sufficient rejoinder lay in
his  parrot-like stammering, >>Keneally says Goeth was only arrested for
corruption.<<  Where did he derive this information about Keneally and
Goeth?From this writer. Stein routinely  begs for research data from me. When
it is furnished he spins it into a farrago from which he hallucinates

experienced a flashback of some sort related to the complex known to medical men

the malady can only be cured by a large infusion of reparations bucks from the
Deutsche Banana Republic in Berlin.
 
Next, after pleading, whining and hectoring with an intensity I have not
observed since the last campaign for Israel Bonds, our mendicant holy hoaxer
wheedled me into providing him with a few choice bits of info on Kastner. But
all he can do with the info is announce, >>Nothing in Keneally about Kastner or
Schindlers dealings with him says anything negative about Zionism.<<
 
No shit, Sherlock, Keneally is a pro-Zionist writer, remember? He does not get
fame and fortune by saying negative things about Zionism. The point is, for the
sake of people conversant with the history of Zionism, which you are not,
Spielberg was more cautious than Keneally and covered up the working
relationship between Schindler and Kastner, because Kastner is a major
embarrassment due to his having been a key collaborator with the Nazis, like so
many founders of the Israeli state.  (Kastner had worked for Adolf Eichmann).
Hence, the dealings between Schindler and Kastner went down Spielbergs  memory
hole.
 
The significance of the Kastner-Schindler relationship will not be obvious to
historical illiterates who need to have everything spelled out for them in 24
point type in the book by Keneally, true. But if we move slightly beyond your
competence Mr. Stein, say to  first grade in the history of Zionism, there we
meet Kastner. Mr. Stein plainly is discomfited by the fact that he presumes to
defend a Zionist movie while knowing little or nothing of the history of
Zionism, so he keeps begging me to assist him by providing some primary school
materials on Kastner. Frankly, here at Auschwitz of the Mind, we would rather
watch you twist in the wind, Mr. Stein, hoisted by your own petard (or is it
peyos?) I suppose you will greet this decision with the usual string of
denunciations and demands to the effect that you have a right to my source(s).
But let us have some fun. I will give the initials of one book with important
Kastner references as well as the initials of the author of that book. If you
can guess my reference and obtain the book, congratulations, you get the booby
prize: the makings of an elementary-level education in Zionist history. If you
cannot decipher the initials,  then at the least we will expect to be spared any
further cry baby tactics from you (a perhaps too optimistic forecast surely,
since cry baby tactics are what the Shoa Biz religion inculcates in its

if it really is your translation, it is a darned good one). SS Judge Morgen
states that arrests were for >>the assumption of a license to kill by

Got your bifocals cleaned, old timer?Morgen says arrests were for >>the
assumption of a license to kill<< by >>commandants,<< including the commandant,
after June, 1943 at >>Krakau-Plaszow.<< The commandant at Krakau-Plaszow in that
time period was Amon Goeth.
 
The IMT affidavit of SS Judge Morgen is truly a revisionist document of
significance. It opens the door a bit on the hidden history of World War Two
outside the purview of the official history. Once knowledge of it reaches beyond
the circle of true believers in the Allied, communist and Zionist dogma about
the war, it will be recognized as a crucial starting point, a peek into the
actual history of the German military in this period; a history far more complex
than the >>Indiana Schindler<< racist cartoon dished out  to the enthusiastic
lap dogs of the establishment media and professorcracy by Mr. Spielberg.
 
Observe the mentality of the zealot and the partisan: Mr. Stein does not pause
for a moment to breath a single note of surprise at  the testimony of Morgen,
even though it undercuts the premise of >>Schindlers List,<<  that the German
military was without exception wicked and homicidal; sponsoring and sanctioning
the crimes of Goeth and exhibiting not a scintilla of justice. The dull, dead
reaction of Stein reminds one of the poem by Chesterton, entitled, The New
Unhappy Lords: >>They look at our labor and laughter as a tired man looks at
flies.<<
 
The reaction of Stein to this fascinating research lead, bursting with
opportunities for  discerning a mountain of suppressed truths about the history
of World War Two, is to say>>Hoffman tried to hoodwink people into thinking that
evidence was just lying around all over the place to show the SS charged Goeth
not only with corruption, but murder.<<
 
It is Keneallys book mentioning the arrest of Goeth that is available to most
anyone who cares to obtain it. The Morgen material is available to astute
researchers like Critchley and fabulously wealthy insiders like Spielberg. It is
this delusion of Mr. Stein about availability that keeps tripping him up. He
keeps demanding that I feed him a limitless stream of high-calibre material
revising the history of World War Two. The fairly top-notch World War Two
lacunae I have furnished him on Morgen is the stuff that best-selling history
books are made of. It so happens that my colleague Alan R. Critchley is writing
a book on the German military which he hopes will be a best-seller, and while he
does not object to releasing some of his leads for the sake of  providing
evidence of the magnitude of libel Spielberg is peddling about the German army,
he is not going to turn his whole manuscript over to the likes of anti-German
zealots like Michael Stein, semi-coherent babblers like Mr. Shein or police
agents like Mr. McVay. Their mission is not that of the curious freethinker
sleuthing the great anomalies twixt the interstices of official propaganda and
then letting the political chips fall where they may.  Rather, Stein functions
as a would-be damage control agent, engaged in disparaging--based on his
non-existent personal authority-- the hard facts and data excavated by others.
 
For example, consider this choice piece of effluvia from Mr. Stein: >>In fact,

given that Koch (commandant of Buchenwald) was shot and Goeth was not.<<
 
Has Mr. Stein ever heard of  a little something called time? In case he does not
know, it ran out for the Nazis in 1945. Goeth was arrested by Morgens SS
investigation squad in September of 1944. He was imprisoned. In the interim the
minor detail known as the collapse of Germany occurred. The SS had had the time
to execute Commandant Koch. Commandant Goeth got a brief reprieve due to the
fall of Germany, until he himself fell into the hands of the Allies.
 
Finally, we note that Mr. Stein has not yet availed himself of the ample
historical literature on the fake versions of the Talmud referred to as >>other
versions>> in Danby and Soncino. This is too bad because with a little digging
he could have made what would have appeared to have been a plausible case for
the necessity of the rabbinical self-censorship of the texts. I qualify this as
an >> appearance of plausibility<< because upon deeper examination, the
documentation indicates that the opposite obtained. But since Mr. Stein is very
much the captive of appearances, it would have at least added to the merriment
to have had him argue a case with even minimum plausibility, in
contradistinction to the circumstances that obtain now, wherein he betrays his
position with nearly every sentence he writes.
