Have your friend contact the local American Red Cross Chapter and fill out
a Tracing Inquiry Form (1609) with all available information. They will
forward it to the Holocaust and War Victims Tracing Center in Baltimore
where a determination will be made as to whether the request will be
followed up. They will then determine the appropriate manner in which the
search will be conducted and will send any information to the inquirer
through the local chapter.
