The United States of America Nationalist Party won a public access slot on Lower Bucks Cablevision and will use it to show the hourlong program, titled ``Race and Reason.'' The program and plans for an anti-homosexual march and rally by the party next month have prompted some county residents to form an opposing Unity Coalition. The cable system will air a disclaimer before ``Race and Reason.''
