Please cite them. As someone who works at the IHR, > I can assure you that it is neither anti-Semitic, nor part of a network, anti-Semitic or otherwise. I suggest you reread "Liberty Lobby, Inc. v. Dow Jones & Co, Inc" 838 F.2d 1287 (D.C. Cir.; 1988). "there is evidence in this record that Mr. Carto specifically designed the Liberty Lobby/Legion/Noontide/IHR network so as to divorce Liberty Lobby's name from those of its less reputable affiliates." 838 F.2d at 1296. The Court goes on to affirm the decision of the District COurt stating "We tend to agree with the district court that if the term 'anti-Semitic' has a core, factual meaning, that the truth of the description was proved here." 838 F.2d at 1297. Should you need further rereading I suggest you check out footnote 9, 838 F.2d at 1303 where five other cases concering your network are cited. In light of thefact that every one of the courts who have examined your claim that you the Institute for Ahistorical Research are an anti-Semitic enterprise, I find you "assurances" hollow and dishonest. > > But even if it were anti-Semitic and networked, how would that change what >it has to say? Your denial of that which has been proven time and again to impartial tribunals further challenges whatever tattered rags credibility you have left. --YFE
