Bradley R. Smith and CODOH

Content: 40/50
Presentation: 25/50
Experience: 35/50

Bradley Smith offers this well-written yet still nearly incomprehensible set
of pages on the revisionist versions of the Holocaust. To get an idea of
what's going on here, read David Cole's "46 Important Unanswered Questions
Regarding the WWII Gas Chambers." Cole, an "independent researcher,"
attempts to show that the gassing of Jews by the Nazis either didn't take
place or took place on a much smaller scale than "mainstream historians"
would have us believe. This is supposed to be an attempt at open debate, but
Cole's logic is so horribly flawed at times it overshadows whatever
interesting points he has to make. Smith, whoever he is, provides a forum for
revisionists (hey, and they argue with each other just like real
historians!), folks who wear their "freethinker" badges while simultaneously
harping and whining about "the other side." Without taking "sides" in this
debate (or non-debate as some would have it), it's still possible to be
entertained and informed in that "ain't people weird?" sort of way.
