                  Jews) dated 31 May 1941.
                              
                           Sec. 17
                     Special Regulations
                              
The Military Commander can forbid the continuation of
business to Jews and firms obligated to register. He can
furthermore order Jews and firms obligated to register. He
can furthermore order Jews and firms obligated to register
to shut down or sell their business as well as to sell
shares or other assets. If these orders are not complied
with within a period to be determined, the Military
Commander can appoint a commissionary administrator for the
execution of the decreed measures.
