        Decree to Unite the Competences of Reich and
                           Prussia
               in Church Affairs 16 July 1935
                              
The Church Affairs hitherto handled by the Reich
and Prussian Ministry of the Interior as well as
the Reich and Prussian Ministry for Science,
Education, and Training of the Population are
transferred to Reich Minister without portfolio
Kerrl.

Regarding the execution of this decree the Reich
and Prussian Ministers concerned will determine a
more specific stipulation.
