Translation by Neal P. Guthrie and Sybil Milton. The Reich Minister of Justice Information for the Fuehrer A full-blooded Jew sold breast milk to a pediatrician after the birth of her child, concealing the fact that she was Jewish. German infants in a children's clinic were given this milk. The accused is charged with deceit. The recipients of the milk were harmed because breat milk from a Jew cannot be considered nourishment for German children. The shameless behavior of the accused is also an affront. We have decided not to pursue an indictment in order to spare the parents unaware of the situation from any later uneasiness. I will discuss the racial-hygiene aspects of this case with the State Commissioner of Health. Berlin, 27 April 1943 Copy No. 2
