1944

The first transport of Slovakian Jews from the Sered labor
and internment camp arrives in the Theresienstadt ghetto.
Additional convoys will arrive in Theresienstadt in January,
March, and April 1945. (USHMM, 1994, p. 70)

Gypsy homes in Slatica, Slovakia, are burned to the ground,
and fifty-six Roma are killed. (Ibid.)

Eichmann leaves Budapest, together with his Sonderkommando.  (Ibid.)
